reflection : i believe that this statement is true . if the body is good and the character is bad then everything will not work. we need both body and character to be good so that you can be a better person .we need to think about it . we need the character in us to be a CTR person and no to get into trouble . we need the body to be health to feel good and be good . we need to think like if we are a machine . we need stop thinking that its okay to lie and to be unhealth because in realty its not .
example : if you are a person how eats unhealth and don't run or does anything  then your body is being affect . so goes for your character  if you tell a lot of lies and you think its okay to be in trouble then you character is being affected . and later you will be lost because you need those two things to be a better you.
